For online orders, at checkout, delivery and handling charges will be added. School order deliveries are free in the following locations: Lagos, Abuja, Portharcourt, Enugu, Asaba, Uyo, Warri, Kano, Kaduna. Deliveries outside these locations attracts a freight/delivery charge. This charge will automatically be added to your proforma invoice when ordering. The rates are based on your location, weight and quantity of your order. You can open an account with Chelis Bookazine by simply placing an order with us or making an online purchase (for online account)

Some products might go out of stock due to high demand, but not to worry, simply send your book list to your Chelis Rep or send via email to support@chelisbookazine.com and we will advise the nearest availability date for the unavailable product(s)

After payment, the turn around time for an order to be packed and delivered is 2 – 7 working days. For any question relating to your order or for any special request, please contact support@chelisbookazine.com. Kindly quote your name and order number in any correspondence.

We open on Regular Saturdays from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Environmental Saturdays: 11:00 am- 5:30 pm. We do not open nor work on Sundays.

Our offices are open during non-religious holidays, we open  9:00am and close 5:30pm. During Salah Holidays our Kano and Kaduna offices are closed, during Easter and Christmas Holidays all our offices are closed.

Payment for a school order should be made only upon receiving a proforma invoice for that particular order. Cheque payments need to clear before order is taken or delivered, they should be made out to Chelis Bookazine Limited. For instant transfer, please contact support@chelisbookazine.com for account details and also to confirm payment once the transfer is made. Master, Verve & Visa cards are accepted.

Prices of our products are indicated on the website. Alternatively, you can send your book list to support@chelisbookazine.com and a proforma invoice showing the prices, discount and availability will be sent to you. Please note that all prices are subject to change.
